I offer personal training and fitness services in the San Diego area. An initial session is dedicated to identify your goals and assess movement in order to personalize your training program appropriately.
The rates below cover pricing for one hour sessions:
Initial assessment - $60
Single session - $70
3 session package - $210
5 session package - $315 (10% discount)
10 sessions package - $595 (15% discount)
20 session package - $1120 (20% discount)
Group Training
Want to workout with friends? Please inquire directly regarding rates for adding on a person to your session or organizing a group class. Outdoor group bootcamps are a favorite.
Sports & Marathon Training
Looking for a higher level of training? I can help you build agility and endurance to heighten performance, whether you’re preparing for a marathon, playing a specific sport, or just want to take your physical ability one step further. Same rates above apply.
